We have been highly recommended by Whom You Know:

Maine Woolens, affordable luxury and tradition.
We rarely feature coffee shops, as we believe caffeine is one of the first most necessary priorities of the day before going out.  We wonder about people that don't think coffee is a must.  Peachy Deegan does have a professional coffee machine, and it's set on a 10 (of 10) setting for strength.  If there was an 11 setting we'd use that.  Whom You Know would not happen at all without Peachy's massive caffeine intake in the morning first thing...and we love to review strong, rich, straight coffee as a product.  Our friend Rino excels at pizza, and when he told us about his newest creation, Cafe LaCerra, we were happy to take it under consideration.
The first thing we noticed about Cafe LaCerra is that it is beautiful.  Rino's wife we understand is an interior decorator, and she designed the petite space.  It's immaculately clean in white.
They serve Counter Culture coffee, and we tried two types.  Big Trouble (from Nicaragua) should be named Great Awakening, as it has successfully sharpened our acute senses in the early hours.  The only big trouble there'd be is if there wasn't enough caffeine, but we found this to be adequately strong.  We were happy about the low acidity and it's accurately advertised: caramel, nutty and round however none of these notes are overwhelming.  We don't like flavored coffee and found this to be as straight a taste as we are looking for.
We love the name La Florida as we can pretend we are not in the current Manhattan tundra and while sipping this Colombian wonder, we imagine ourselves to be looking out at the ocean with sand under our feet.  This single origin coffee also had great taste and we were happy with both.
Just like with alcohol, we do not drink and not eat; we do both.  You might pick something different if you go early in the day, but we picked two sandwiches.
Cafe LaCerra has a lovely prosciutto baguette that we liked, and we modified the ingredients.  Peachy's had of course prosciutto, and tomatoes, arugula and mozzarella.  We asked for oil and vinegar on the bread and believe this simplicity highlights the ingredients best rather than taking away from the prosciutto, center of attention; it was delicious.
The egg salad sandwich on five-grain bread was phenomenal and even better.  How often do you see us featuring egg salad?  We don't think we have before, and if we did it was not so great that it's still in our memory.   Capers, pickles, dijon mustard, mayo and parsley have a party with the egg, and we liked the thin slices of green peppers too.
Cafe LaCerra is Terrific Takeout we'd say in its inaugural review.
Bravo Rino!
Now you need a website and Twitter, silly.  (We believe them to be most important.)
