Lenovo Receives the Platinum Award in Best Corporate Governance Disclosure Awards 2015 Lenovo is honored for the third consecutive year for its high standards of corporate governance

Lenovo Group (HKSE: 992) (ADR: LNVGY) has been honored with the Platinum Award in the H-share Companies and Other Mainland Enterprises Category of the 2015 Best Corporate Governance Disclosure Awards, by the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants (“HKICPA”). This is the third consecutive year that Lenovo has garnered this honor, highlighting once again the company’s outstanding efforts and achievements in corporate governance and sustainability.

The award has further affirmed Lenovo’s achievements in upholding high standards of corporate disclosure and practices, including reporting on corporate governance, good board practices and commitment to corporate social responsibility and sustainability. Introduced in 2000, the Best Corporate Governance Disclosure Awards are Hong Kong’s most established and prestigious awards for corporate governance. These awards are widely recognized and have gained support from the government, regulators, and the business and professional communities.
