READ THIS: Got What It Takes? Successful People Reveal How They Made it to the Top by Bill Boggs

Whom You Know first introduced you to Mover and Shaker Bill Boggs:

Now we are pleased to review his book- and this one is ALL ABOUT Movers and Shakers! In fact, if you wanted to read our Mover and Shaker column with much more depth into all of the personalities, we believe that this would not be so dissimilar, although we have not won any Emmys yet...

If you want to be a successful person, and who doesn't!, this is a must-read. Even if you are successful, success comes in various degrees and we believe that the most successful people are open to the thought that they could be even MORE successful. Published by Collins (An imprint of HarberCollins Publishers), "Got What It Takes?" features biographies and insights of over forty individuals who pursue excellence in their respective fields. They openly discuss their frank views on what made them a success and what they believe are the keys to being successful. In particular we liked what we heard from Diane Warren, Maria Bartiromo, Richard Branson, Bobbi Brown, Jim Cramer, Bill O'Reilly, Brooke Shields and Matt Lauer.

This book will inspire you, enlighten you, and by seeing the way a success-driven mind thinks (which is more than one way, by the way) you will be able to add to your repreptoire of successful qualities! We are sure you are successful-you DO read Whom You Know!- but we want to remind you of the fine points by encouraging you to read this book. It could be the difference between finishing first and second, and there is such a difference.

Equally important, it is worth contemplating the definition of success. In order to be successful, you need to achieve the success that is most meaningful to you. Merriam-Webster defines success: http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/success

So, if you are achieving your "favorable or desired outcome" as they say, that's great, but you should still read this book to see how others have achieved theirs. Whom You Know recommends "Got What It Takes?".
