Rollerblading Peachy: The Importance of Installing the Break on the Twister 80!!!

No brakes!  Although it would provide endless hours of entertainment for our readers under the video section if Peachy did indeed have no breaks on her rollerblades and you saw her terrorizing Manhattan with her speed, we are not willing to sacrifice her for some laughs - this post is dedicated to installing the break.

The Twister 80 comes with the inline skates separate from the break.  We suggest you put the break on your dominant foot's skate-which is the right one in Peachy's case.  Even for someone that is not a Ms. Fix It, this is very easily installed and oh-so-important!

You simply unscrew the back wheel on the skate where you want to put the break, and put the break on.  There is a little space at the top of the break that you want to make sure is under the skate and that the gap is nicely tucked in.  Then put the washers on top of the break and 4th back wheel and screw it back in!  So easy, so important, so key to the crazy elements of Manhattan that will jump out at you-undisciplined animal, kid, pothole, etc!  And if you do see a pothole, remember dial 311 we are certain Mayor Bloomberg will fill it in.  Now you are ready to Rollerblade!  Stay tuned for upcoming posts-Peachy loves this model and you'll be hearing about her weekend excursions!
