READ THIS: Hell's Kitchen Homicide by Charles Kipps

Everyone is stuck inside with over two feet of snow and in this uberblizzard, we hope you can get to a bookstore to buy Hell's Kitchen Homicide because we're not sure the deliveries are working-we got none today which under perfect weather conditions would be an anomoly.  This was an absolute clincher from beginning to end, and you will hardly know you breezed through 400 pages.  Wherever you are stuck-Metro North- LIRR- an airport-head for the shop to pick up this winner! Elaine, we hope you had a chance to read this...we didn't know you but cannot imagine that you or anyone else for that matter, wouldn't love Hell's Kitchen Homicide.

We cover very little fiction at Whom You Know because picky Peachy finds little new fiction she likes.  She loves F. Scott Fitzgerald more than life itself and thinks most of the newer fiction writers are not up to snuff.  However, Charles Kipps is, and we're glad to report we do finally know of him.  From the Fat Albert sandwich (does this really exist?) to the twists and turns that will lead you to question more than ever, Hell's Kitchen Homicide will delight anyone that likes to be held in suspense with mystery that will surprise you at every corner.  In sixty chapters, Conor Bard has adventures that can only compare in excitement to Peachy's in Manhattan (!) and the provocative edginess (that you will not find about Peachy's in print by us, anyway!  not that it doesn't exist...) will entice you page by page.   The story will weave in your head with layer upon layer of complexity of storyline and stunning character development.  We're not going to get specific because we want you to read the book and we know you won't be disappointed.

Whom You Know highly recommends Hell's Kitchen Homicide by Charles Kipps.  The person handling publicity for this book must have known we'd like a pageturner with a protagonist named Conor (Irish!) - plus he lives in Hell's Kitchen mainly drinking vodka- bravo for you to be paying attention to what is going on on Whom You Know.  Charles Kipps-we do suggest improving on the drink for your next novel and have the character try The Peachy Deegan made with Star Vodka by another Charles exclusively at Swifty's...which we prefer to Elaine's.
