Born and raised in the city of Naples, Chef Pasquale Frola has cultivated a passion for cooking that focuses on sourcing quality local and seasonal products. Years of experience have refined the chef’s concise preparations, paying homage to authentic Italian Cuisine.
Before NYC, Chef Frola worked in Italy, France, Germany, and England. Endeavors outside of Europe include the chef’s experience manning the culinary helm of an international luxury cruise line touring the Mediterranean and Indian Oceans. Chef Pasquale Frola is excited to be part of our team and eager to share his extraordinary Italian fare—down to his grandmother’s secrets—to provide a truly memorable dining experience.  Whom You Know looks forward to telling you more!
