Terrific Takeout: Padre Figlio

Our Padre Figlio experience began with the Organic greens with cucumber and tomatoes. Fresh and tasty, the salad was also gorgeous. We love how everything was thinly and neatly sliced, and they paid attention to put the dressing on the side.
We love details and it was smart of them to label the containers! In handwriting we could read, too. Thumbs up, Padre Figlio!
Days later, Peachy Deegan is still dreaming of the Polpettine Napoletane: Veal & beef meatballs in casserole with fresh tomato sauce. We know it is lunchtime in New York now and we publish at this hour with every strategic thought for Padre Figlio...keep your computer screen clean please, readers. The Polpettine Napoletane was every bit as good as delicious as they look~! Piping hot and bursting with flavor, they are among the best meatballs we have had in New York.
Again, they paid attention to detail when separating the vegetables that joined the fish. Padre Figlio must seriously be reading as green beans are practically Peachy's favorite vegetable and this Irish girl loves potatoes! And now, she loves each specifically at Padre Figlio. The beans were crisp and delectable and the potatoes were wonderful and comforting.
The crowning jewel?
Absolutely the Chilean Sea Bass Oreganata ! Tony told us they've won all kinds of awards for their seafood and this delicious Sea Bass wins the same accolades from us. Seasoned to perfection, this little guy will swim his way into your stomach, heart and light up your face with a smile!  The texture was a delight, the thickness was so inviting, the juices paid homage to the quality of the fish.  We just loved it.

Padre Figlio is Terrific Takeout!
