All kidding aside, we have discovered a brand new ORGANIC burger spot so hot on the upper east side, it hasn't even been open for 2 weeks.

Well they are expanding and now also own the 1st Avenue and 73rd Street location of Bareburger because George's pal

. There are about five of them in Manhattan and they have locations in the outer boroughs too.
Look- even the ketchup is organic.
The containers are made out of recycled cardboard it looks like and the burgers are wrapped so neatly. We really love it when people take the time to care about the way food is presented even if it is from a casual place.

So juicy and fresh, this is the quintessential burger you will want to try if you are conservative like Peachy. Served with Sharp Cheddar, Blackened Maple Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato, Raw Red Onion and Mayo, it is #3 on the menu and #1 in Peachy's stomach.
Wild Peachy thought she'd expand her horizons...somedays like yesterday you are sporting ostrich as a fashion statement but today, she thought she'd eat it. It was simply fantastic and you all should try it! George said the flavor comes through the most if you order as the classic or the original, so we picked the original: colby jack, lettuce, tomato, raw red onion and a bareburger special sauce. Ostrich has a unique texture that is difficult to describe and a different consistency but you will appreciate it for its super flavor.
You cannot eat a hamburger without fries and these were simply delicious!
Now that she did an incredible amount of damage to her waistline and will walk ten miles tomorrow, Peachy next angelically advanced the the Cobb Salad: baby spinach, hass avocado, turkey bacon, hard-boiled egg, grape tomatoes, red onions, cucumbers and ranch dressing. Simply splendid and flavorful and a spectacular variety of ingredients!
Bareburger also has some snacks and essentials you need to know about. Namely, the Sweet Potato Croq's, above. They are supercute. Probably habit forming, these little beauties are made with parmesan cheese and sweet potatoes, served with apple chutney and spicy chipotle mayo.
Do you know what Panko is? Peachy didn't either.
George told her that it is Japanese bread crumbs.
So, the Panko Covered Chicken Strips were so delicious and crisp and come with awesome sauces: peppercorn steak, our favorite, ranch, spicy chipotle mayo and country dijon.
