Few slices of the best Prosciutto, a great glass of wine, affordable prices, a warm chatty crowd: this was their ideal of the perfect break or end of the day. And this is what Principe, a family owned prosciutto manufacturing Company for generations, wants to recreate around the world and now here in Manhattan.”
