Terrific Takeout: The Bistro Burger

Ta da!  Introducing The Bistro Burger by Peachy's pal Vincent Dardanello, owner of The Bistro Burger.  You know you want to eat it but you need to order your own since Peachy's is long gone and not available for sharing anymore. Since this is an amazing brand new to Manhattan (but not new to outer boroughs-which we do not cover), we thought it would be new to Peachy too.  But when she met Vincent, he said I know you from Uncle Jack's steakhouse-and he was the Executive Chef there from 2008-2009 at Mover and Shaker Willie's 3 locations.  Arthur Grion has joined Vincent too.  It has been in Manhattan for a week so far and we hope we are the first to tell you.
You simply cannot pass go and collect $200 without trying the AMAZING Fried Artichoke Hearts with Horseradish Cream.  Peachy liked this just as much as the burger and why would anyone eat french fries when you can eat this-crisp, flavorful and unique!  Fried Artichoke Hearts -we lament your passing in Peachy's stomach but we hope we can be friends again soon.  And you know Peachy is a purist and doesn't like weird flavors or strange sauces but she absolutely loved this Horseradish Cream.  Do not go without it!
Ordinary people eat their dessert last but not us.  When we heard bespoke ice cream sandwiches, we were all about it, particularly since Peachy thinks she has never had RED VELVET ICE CREAM, and certainly not between two fantastic chocolate chip cookies!  Try this too!
The angel on Peachy's shoulder weighted in with the Mixed Greens which were fresh and above average for a burger place, but considering Vincent's background we are not surprised!
You've got 7 choices as to type of burger and the traditionalist you all know (and hopefully love!) chose beef, and added mozzarella and portobello.  The choices are indeed endless when it comes to the burger, and it was grilled medium as ordered.
Hop to it and order yours!
