Spanish cuisine is among the laudable cuisines we write about, and El Cid at 174 Eighth Avenue in Chelsea is the latest and greatest we'll be telling you about shortly! El Cid is the Spanish epic poem, based on a medieval warrior from the reign of Alfonso II (Castillian King from 1072-1109).
