Meera Gandhi’s The Giving Back Foundation to Honor Barbara Tober and Nimesh Kampani at Gala on March 19, 2014 at the Pierre Hotel

Barbara Tober, the Museum of Arts and Design’s Chairman Emerita and Chairman, Global Leadership 
Council, and Nimesh Kampani, Chairman of the JM Financial Group, will be the honorees at the 
inaugural Giving Back Foundation Gala to be held Wednesday, March 19, 2014 at the Pierre Hotel in 
New York City. Actor/director Phylicia Rashad will emcee the event.

The cocktail reception will start at 6 pm, followed by dinner at 7:30 pm and a live auction and 
entertainment with DJ Logic providing the music. 
Meera Gandhi, CEO and Founder of The Giving Back Foundation and General Chair of the Gala, 
said, “The Giving Back Foundation is delighted to honor Barbara Tober and Nimesh Kampani, two 
humanitarians who have made such a big difference by truly giving back.”

Among the co-chairs are: Raymond Bickson; Olympic gold medalist Kristi Yamaguchi; His Highness

stays at prestigious Elite Island Resort Hotels in the Caribbean, namely the St. James Club and Villas in 
Antigua; The Verandah Resort and Spa in Antigua; the Los Establos Inn in Panama; Palm Island Resort, 
The Grenadines; St. James Club in St. Lucia and the Club Barbados in Barbados; an original Qadri 
painting from the Sundaram Tagore Gallery; an exclusive handbag from Samia Kamar in London ; a 
designer outfit from Elizabeth Emanuel (who created the wedding dress of Princess Diana) and a
