Earlier in 2015, we enlightened you about a smashing new place in the heart of Times Square, Paul's on Times Square!
They even use the best microgreens...applause from us!
Paul Nicaj has been featured many more times than most Manhattan restaurateurs because he is one of the very best.  We've worked with him several times on one of his brilliant venues, Battery Gardens.  Here is their most recent feature:
Paul, Dino and Nick now bring their amazing work to Times Square, and we continue to be impressed.
Attractively arranged, the Insalate di Gorgonzola lit up our first plate even brighter than the lights outside.  The freshness of the arugula teamed up with radicchio, endive and gorgonzola cheese and points of fresh pear for a wonderful compilation of goodness.  This starter will make summer continue on your plate even though it's winding down.
They thoughtfully put the dressing on the side per our request.
Perhaps because of Peachy's towering height, we always feel a kinship with shrimp, which always get along so well with our palate and our stomach.  Dino crafts the homemade black linguine to perfection and the tantalizing tomato-based sauce brilliantly brings out the flavor of these succulent little shrimps, which butterfly with panache on your plate.  You definitely must try this selection.
It is always fun to have your entree wrapped up like a present that could be under the Christmas tree...minus the "Ho, ho, ho!" and the red suit, Dino comes over and cuts it open for you with all the jolliness of Santa.  We discovered the Salmone Alla Cartoccio!
This moist poisson delights in its juicy divinity accompanied by carrots, potato, lemon zest, zucchini and yellow squash to form a highly nutritious and delightful meal that won't break your waistline but will wow your palate: the perfect combination!  The rosemary was a sensational highlight and the quality of the fish was sublime.
The perfect ending?  Berries and cream!  Eat, and extend your summer!
Paul's on Times Square continues to be Terrific Takeout!
