You might think we are very unfunny, or don't care to laugh because we hardly publish in Laugh with Peachy.
Neither are true.
However, we do not find too many people that call themselves funny to be as funny as they think they are.
Amy Schumer, though we don't know her personally, exceeds our funny standards.
We publish on the positive and do not tell you the unfunny negative in writing on this site.  On a no good, very bad day, watching this HBO special had us laughing so hard we were crying.
Amy Schumer not only is funny: she is brilliant.

And, of course, the network that absolutely killed in in the Emmys is brilliant enough to put her on their channel.  You all should be counting down the days until October 17.  Right now, it's fifteen to go for you guys...let her entertain you and make sure you watch until the very end.

For anyone that is politically correct and offended by everything, do lighten up and enjoy yourself, your life, and the talent of Amy Schumer.  Some of Amy's victims here include poor Charlotte's Web (you know, the book for kids) and Pinocchio, unfiltered.  New Yorkers: Amy is of course a New Yorker.  (thank you to her political relation for following us on Twitter.)  Oh my goodness wait until you hear about her West Coast LA experience.

Up with cute girls wearing khakis we must say...so what do we like about Amy Schumer?
She is comfortable in her own skin.
Amy makes us feel healthy when she says she has 36 drinks a week.
She never forgets to have lunch.
(how could anyone forget?)
Amy understands that life does not always work the way you planned it, and makes it funny.

Amy has great ideas!
Learn about the Isis bucket challenge.
Learn why she's glad she leaned in.

Amy has great stories!
We are a sucker for great stories most of all.
We loved the lounge singer who calls everybody honey.
We loved the massage experience.
Butter on saltines!
Scone foodspotting!
Profound subway conversations!
Learn how Amy tucks herself in at night with Goodnight Moon...

Really, it is much better to watch as talent like this is best seen in action rather than chronicled for observation.
But we care about you and wanted you to know about it!
In terms of production, we liked how HBO captured the audience reaction as well.
Amy, we are glad you like to eat also.  You can come to dinner with us anytime.
