Terrific Takeout: Destino
What could be better on a hot summer night than a refreshing green salad to start with? At Destino, we found theirs is super fresh and Peachy Deegan particularly loved the yellow tomatoes which were so original and the radishes which were sliced to the correct thinness, not too thick, not too paper thin for Goldilocks Peachy they were the just right. And she ate them!
Jung Kwon was not kidding when she said that meatballs are their specialty. Totally huge and amazingly flavorful, you do not want to miss these-among the best we've tried! Do not hold the cheese please!
Peachy is a total fan of green beans, and these were joined by both bacon and potatoes which made for one fun dish! So splendid and original, the dish almost ran away with the spoon, it was that fabulous.
Best part of all was the red snapper oreganato-spicy and a little bit breaded. And the garlic on the broccoli was superb. For all of you who order takeout from your pizza place or corner chinese regular, be aware there are excellent options such as this that trump those choices! Destino is Terrific Takeout.
