Terrific Takeout: Panorama Cafe

Recently relocated on the Upper East side, Panorama Cafe is a delightful neighborhood staple since 1997 that you should consider in your next takeout venture.  We began with a garden salad with mixed greens, and they paid attention and put the dressing on the side, which is essential.  No one wants soggy salad or extra calories!  We particularly liked the tomatoes and the radishes.

Everyone loves warm meatballs on a chilly February night, and you'll find these quite nice.  We suggest you add cheese...the picture was taken before we added some grated cheese.  They were served with a generous amount of sauce and the Italian bread that accompanied it could not be beat.
As you know we are huge proponents of garlic mashed potatoes, and these were extraordinary. The fresh cooked vegetables of carrots, squash and more were the perfect companion to the skirt steak, which was grilled medium as asked for.  The proper amount of spice and seasoning made this steak a neighborhood delight.  Panorama Cafe is Terrific Takeout!
