Courgette is the newest Mediterranean/Italian restaurant of the Ginza project restaurant group. Courgette is the French word for Zucchini, and it is also the core ingredient in Mediterranean cooking. Their cuisine is a mix of mostly organic ingredients inspired by French, Italian and Greek kitchens. The menu features an array of seafood choices and premium meats paired with an exceptional wine selection.
