DAYLIGHT IN WASHINGTON DC WITH MOVER AND SHAKER MARC GLOSSERMAN: HILL COUNTRY BACKYARD BARBECUE A HUGE SUCCESS SAYS WHOM YOU KNOW AT THE NATIONAL BUILDING MUSEUM MAY 2013

Recently, we were pleased to Take a Trip to Washington DC and it coincided with the Hill Country Backyard Barbecue!  Held at the National Building Museum outside, it was a great way to kick off spring and get excited for summer.  And of course, it was another great reason to enjoy the delicacies of Hill Country, namely the Barbecue Beef Sandwich.  Above, listen to Mover and Shaker Marc Glosserman announce the kickoff, which we attended.
Peachy has picked Hill Country:
& Hill Country Chicken
and you know we really must love it there if you can drink The Peachy Deegan at Hill Country:
Next trip we hope to officially review Hill Country Washington DC.
On this trip, we were delighted to see Marc of course and we also met of Hill Country Washington DC Melissa Gold, Alex Munoz and Rachael Carney.  We were equally pleased to meet Chase Rynd and Brett Rodgers of the National Building Museum, and we will be having some exciting golf news from them in the future-keep an eye on Peachy on the Links.

 HC Hot Link:
Skillet cornbread with Ancho Honey Butter, Museum Porch Swing: Gin, fresh lemon and housemade strawberry syrup combined into a refreshing summer sipper that's red, like the bricks of the National Building Museum
The barbecue beef sandwich: TO DIE FOR DELICIOUS!  Chopped brisket on a potato bun with pickles and onions!!!  You cannot eat just one.

Complete with haystacks!  You can't get this in Manhattan.
