Salon Peachy: Mover and Shaker Julien Farel's Julien Farel Restore Salon and Spa Continues to Be Highly Recommended for Haircolor by Whom You Know! Bravo Julien and Advanced Colorist Lila Carlino Who Waved Her Wand and Turned Peachy Deegan Back to the Natural Brunette She is for 2017!

It's not who you know, it's WHOM YOU KNOW and we are glad to know Mover and Shakers Julien and Suelyn, and we have known them for years.
Julien as a Mover and Shaker:
A new year is upon us, and Peachy felt as though it was time to return to her roots!
Drumroll please, she's no longer blonde!
Peachy and Lila.  Lila can do everything in haircolor.
We're getting ahead of ourselves but we are so happy with the final result.
And as you see no matter what color we are, Lila understands no red!
Stepping back, it's our personal opinion that your haircolor should complement your coloring, and what is natural often works quite well, with enhancement of course.  Also, blonde highlights do not look great when you are super pale in the dead of winter...so ta da!
"We're bringing Peachy back to her natural color!  What we're going to do is we're going to cover her grays and we're going to do a tint back, which is bringing her back to her natural color," says Lila.  "It's a number five Majirel by L'Oreal (shinier permanent color with less red) and we're going to leave some highlights around the face so she doesn't feel blue from the winter!"

We were thrilled to work with Advanced Colorist Lila Carlino again, and this time she proved that she can do even more than great blonde highlights, which we were always happy with.  We just wanted a change.  And after we had our hair washed, since Lila Carlino is super-detail-oriented, which is the most desirable quality you'd want in a colorist, she blew out a section in the front to check to see if our color goals were achieved.  Lila got it right the first time!
Aizhan Sembayeva concluded our Julien Farel Restore Salon experience by blowing Peachy's hair out well.

"In 2017 definitely dark hair is always popular in the winter to match warmer clothing.  I see a lot of icy blondes this winter and a lot of Irish setter reds for redheads.  I like to do a little bit of all of them but I especially love the icy blondes, which is an ashy blonde with color tones.  It's like a platinum with a little bit of a grayish tone," Lila Carlino tells Whom You Know readers.

In the winter and dry weather, hair care should be approached differently.  Lila suggests, "In the winter you should definitely be conditioning with a more moisturizing conditioner and washing with a moisturizing shampoo.  In the cold weather, your hair gets dry and also from wearing scarves and heavy jackets your dry hair gets caught on clothing and cause breakage.  While you're in the shower, wash your hair first and then put the conditioner in for the remainder of your shower time so the steam and the hot water [seal in your look.]"

Whom You Know Highly Recommends Julien Farel's Lila for Haircolor!
