Peachy's Pantry: Pamela's Butter Shortbread Cookies Recommended by Whom You Know!

Shortbread is one of my favorite types of cookies, as the chewiness and texture is just so satisfying. Pamela's Products' Butter Shortbread turns up the chewiness and texture that I like so much for this variety of cookies that they're absolutely difficult to resist. That plus the tantalizing butter makes for just about the most perfect shortbread cookie out there. Even though this is gluten-free, the best characteristics of this cookie didn't get lost with the substitution of ingredients that make it tolerable for the gluten-sensitive. And for those watching their sugar intake, this cookie is sweetened with Agave.

I have always loved shortbread cookies. When I saw Pamela Products has a line of butter shortbread cookies, I couldn't wait to try them. I was glad I did. I LOVE them. They were the perfect snack with a cup of hot cocoa at the end of the day. These are now my new favorite brand of shortbread cookies.
