Terrific Takeout: Tenth Rail

Peachy Deegan on the West side?
Yes, it's true!  The Tenth Rail Char Broiler will have you going pretty far west too and you will be mad wild for it, especially since it will be bespoke to your exact tastes.  We like their traditional in-house choice of caramelized onion, mushroom and aged cheddar and it was grilled at a perfect medium as requested.  And of course they automatically add a nice slice of tomato and a leaf of lettuce too as a garnish.
We'll also let you know the bun was fluffy and fresh and the fries were crisp and delicious.
The fries are addictive and the ketchup was neatly put on the side.
The New American cuisine is just right.
Here is its closeup!
Tenth Rail is owned and operated by Thomas Wolfe and he and Elva expertly run the place.  It's more than just a typical neighborhood bar and grill-this cheeseburger was great.
The chicken quesadilla absolutely hit the spot too and with pepper jack and cheddar combining to form a winner of a cheese combination with pico de gallo and sour cream on the side, this is a side dish or perhaps a main if you aren't so hungry that you'll want to pay attention to.
Chopped salad was a mixture of chopped lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, radish and fennel and they remembered to put the dressing on the side.  Located at 413 Tenth Avenue at the corner of 33rd, Tenth Rail is a star in a dark neighborhood we don't often venture to.
