Did You Share Your Morning Coffee or the Tomato Sauce from Your Slice On Your Favorite Winter Coat this Blizzard? If So, It's Hallak Time! Hallak the Couture Cleaner Continues to Earn Our Highest Recommendation.

Ta da!
Look at how smashing Peachy Deegan's white winter coat with fur trim looks after a visit to Hallak.  She loves this coat and if you are also a long-time Manhattanite you will remember the Barney's Warehouse Sale fondly, which we went to twice a year like it was Easter and Christmas.  We actually liked it even better than the regular department store and this coat is from one of those sales.  We also really like it because it was Made in the USA and it has a tag saying so, and that is how old it is.  Some of our older clothes that are made in the USA that are older than we will tell you hold up better than recent clothes (except the ones made by Mover and Shaker Donna Degnan, who's the best and happens to also manufacture in Manhattan.)
Sadly, the Barney's Warehouse Sale never happens anymore.
Hopefully more Made in the USA will start to happen as the economy comes back to life in the USA.  In the meantime, Peachy will continue to wear her beloved furry white coat.
She's spilled a lot on it because as you know she eats, and her clothes like to eat too.
Hallak is honest and they will tell you if there is an impossible spot.  However, we see they got all the big spots out.
This sleeve cuff was a faded shade of Eeyore (we know you have read Pooh; you know he is the gray donkey in it) when it left us.  It is again bright white.
The same can be said for the bottom creases of the coat:
And the top is perfectly fluffy!
Oh no, did the coat just say it's ready for dinner??!?!
