#TerrificTakeout #OathPizza #WhomYouKnow @oathpizza East 67th Street #Manhattan Oath #Pizza Inaugural Review If You Read Us, You Already Think the Best of Manhattan Comes From Boston!

The fabulously friendly team of Oath Pizza on East 67th in Manhattan
It's not who you know, it's WHOM YOU KNOW and we know pizza.
We could go on and on about how Peachy used to love pizza when she ate it as a Boston resident, especially at Addie's in the BC dining hall, but that was before Oath existed.  It now exists on East 67th street in New York, among other locations:
We were delighted to meet and work with Luoo Martiarena of Oath Pizza and this is our first visit ever.  Here's what we started with.
 BELLA!
Yes, it is bella as in beautiful. More importantly, it tastes that way too.  This is the first menu we have reviewed that lists calories...we will not comment on that except if you eat, you should exercise and Manhattan has many miles for you to walk off that pizza, so you should order several (listen to Julian Lennon's advice.)  Bella incorporates mozzarella, roasted cherry tomatoes and roasted garlic-our favorite components, ricotta, balsamic drizzle, fresh basil and grana padano cheese.  It is a standard in the section "Highly Decorated Pizza."  All three pizzas we delicately devoured can be found in this section.
There are two salads to choose from, and we opted for the Seasonal Forager and they thoughtfully put the dressing on the side for Ms. Pretty Picky.  It's a romaine/radicchio blend for the baste and also sports seasonal market veggies, white beans, grape tomatoes, red onions, house-made croutons, and we really loved the chopped brussel sprouts we discovered.
Peachy the pizza monster next selected the Walley.
Look at how fresh and nutritious that looks.  Pictures do not lie, and they are never edited.
Basil pesto, mozzarella, baby spinach, diced tomatoes, feta and roasted garlic further evidence the artisan nature of this glorious pizza which is highly unique and creative in nature.
Finally, we were most delighted with the Muffled Trushroom, and we must commend their names which are among the most fun we have encountered.  WE LOVE TRUFFLES.  House-made truffle spread graces this beauty, along with mozzarella, roasted shrooms, ricotta and grand padano cheese.

We can't wait to see what they do next.
