100 percent Angus beef forms the carnivorous foundation for these five superstars on a plate that intelligently thinks of those that cannot eat dairy-there is no cheese inside them. An equal combination of shiitake and cremini mushrooms team up for Stanley Cup Playoff winning goals in your stomach along with other fragrant, fresh seasonal vegetables which may include carrots, zucchini, garlic and a bespoke special blend of Greek spices that graduate this to another level of flavor along with Assyrtiko white wine which grows in basket-style in the hills of Santorini. We recommend saying yes please to adding freshly grated black pepper and Graviera cheese on top.
