Service quality will be one of the defining features of the 42nd Cersaie, the International Exhibition of Ceramic Tile and Bathroom Furnishings to be held from Monday 22 to Friday 26 September, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., in the Bologna Exhibition Centre.
With a total of 33 dining options, including 5 full-service restaurants, Cersaie confirms its role not only as the hub of innovation and design for ceramics and other premium surface coverings, bathroom furnishings and interior and exterior finishes, but also as a showcase for Italian culinary excellence. Architects, distributors, designers, industry professionals and visitors will be able to explore authentic flavours in the various dining areas and appreciate the culinary creations of three leading names in Italian cuisine.
The gastronomic excellence of Cersaie 2025 will be represented by two celebrated chefs. One is Alberto Bettini, owner of the historic trattoria Amerigo in Savigno near Valsamoggia in the Bolognese hills. Holder of a Michelin star for 27 years, the restaurant is known for its almost obsessive attention to detail and use of local products that combine seasonality with authenticity.
The other is Massimiliano Poggi, a distinguished exponent of Emilian cuisine, who experiments with local ingredients to offer a fresh yet well-balanced take on traditional flavours.
Cersaie’s wide-ranging and high-quality eating options, located at strategic points throughout the exhibition centre, are part of an overall layout designed to offer the maximum comfort and convenience to visitors. Additional amenities include internal shuttle buses between halls, information kiosks with charging points for smartphones and laptops, and day and night shuttle services to and from the airport, railway station and city centre.
