Lobster Yogurt Salad

Intoxicatingly delicious, this aphrodisiac is crafted with tender steamed lobster pieces as the star of the show with fresh Florida orange segments luxuriating with the lobster in playful premium Greek yogurt and vividly vibrant cilantro.  This creation is finished with a citrus honey ginger emulsion and just the right drizzle touch of basil mint oil.  The lobster itself is sourced from the Great State of Maine.

Found under Main Courses, Tonos, the Greek word for tuna, steps out in its supreme elegance to capture not only your heart but also your appetite!  Crusted in fine herbs, this sensational Yellowfin Tuna will regale your tastebuds as it teams up with Saffron Carrot Puree, Sauteed Spinach, Mushrooms and Red Bell Pepper.  A lovely ginger soy cider vinaigrette gorgeously highlights this bounty of the sea and the garden, additionally surrounded by a halo of basil mint oil.

The traditional winning Baklava honors the holiday with its mixed nuts layered in phylo dough dipped in cinnamon honey syrup, and on the day we visited, Strawberry Ice Cream!  And if you are a proud never-recovering chocoholic like Peachy, you will always be happy with the ultimate in delectable: Chocolate Lava Cake, also with the  premium Strawberry Ice Cream.
