It was a little bit Fashion Alert and a little bit Rock Your Body last night at the Cho Cheng Spring/Summer 2010 show where the hit was the little blue dresses with white accents inspired by Tiffany's. Cho Cheng describes his inspiration for this as a potpourri of "Holly Golightly, Frederico Fellini and the Japanese obi."

In the show many sharp black and white pieces were showcased as well, embellished with intricate, hand-fashioned silk petals inspired by a vintage Hanae Mori couture gown that once belonged to his grandmother. (If you do not know this, check out the four girls at the top of our site-one of them is Peachy Deegan's grandmother.)

Cho Cheng inherited his love of fashion from his grandmother, Betty Char-Nuis Yan, the acclaimed couturier who founded the famed Betty Couture at the Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong in 1960.

CHOCHENG has an elite following, from celebrities to socialites to prominent businesswomen. He also has been heralded as master of red carpet glamour, dressing notable actresses as well as an international social set including Goldie Hawn, Nicole Kidman, Marcia Gay Harden, Bebe Neuwirth, Phyllis Newman, Nancy Reagan, Maggie Rizer and Tinsley Mortimer. Perhaps Peachy Deegan will put a little Chocheng in her step with a beautiful blue dress! We just LOVE Tiffany's at Whom You Know and we love what Cho Cheng has done with their inspiration.
