PEACHY AROUND TOWN: What is Eloise doing for Valentine's Day

Peachy loves to hang out with Eloise at the Plaza for tea and such, but she did not see her tonight. Perhaps Eloise is preparing for Valentine's day with Weenie and Skipperdee? Is she sliding down the banister without us? Word has it she is hiding in the white tent in Bryant Park checking out the latest fashions...she's getting a bit tired of the white shirt and black suspender skirt...maybe some color for spring, Eloise?
