Sporty Peachy Ice Skates at Pier 17

There are many skating options in Manhattan, but going to Pier 17 is a relatively new one! Peachy Deegan found the setting in the seaport quite nice and a cool change from Central Park and Rockefeller Center and admission is far more reasonable. The oval rink is right on the water next to a tea ship and shops. Whom You Know recommends Pier 17 but does not necessarily recommend it in a crowded environment and cannot be responsible for those not exercising skating etiquette...Pier 17 has a significantly smaller surface, but if you can beat the crowds it is worth a visit!
