TASTY TIDBITS: Bouchon Bakery!


BOUCHON BAKERY NEW YORK: Whom You Know Recommends it!

In March 2006, world-famous Chef Thomas Keller opened Bouchon Bakery in New York’s Time Warner Center, located in Manhattan’s Columbus Circle.
With the bakery, New Yorkers can experience Keller’s distinctive cuisine in a casual café and bakery setting.

With a full-service café, wine and espresso bar open for lunch and dinner, Bouchon Bakery New York offers Keller’s unique twist on traditional French-Boulangerie fare and is highly recommended by Peachy Deegan and Whom You Know.
The menu includes a wide selection of soups, salads, sandwiches and viennoiserie. For the sweet tooth, the Bakery presents a wide assortment of classic desserts — including hand-made chocolates, pastries, cookies, tarts, and traditional French confections. Guests may also chose to place orders at the Bakery retail counter and carry out their selections, which serve as perfect gifts or snacks for picnics in Central Park. Additionally, a catering menu is available for private events.

Designed by premier restaurant designer Adam Tihany of Tihany Design, Bouchon Bakery is located on the third floor of the Time Warner Center, just below Keller’s Per Se. Café patrons will enjoy exquisite views of Columbus Circle and Central Park.

Keller’s staff includes Director of Operations Raj Dagstani, Executive Pastry Chef, Sébastien Rouxel, Chef Patissier Richard Capizzi, and general manager Suzanne Shearer.

The Bakery retail counter is open from 8:00am- 9:00pm Monday through Friday, from 10:00am-9:00pm on Saturday, and from 10:00am-7:00pm on Sunday.

The café serves lunch and dinner from 11:30am-9:00pm Monday through Saturday, and from 11:30am-7:00pm on Sunday.

Bouchon Bakery New York joins Keller’s other Bouchon outposts, which include Bouchon Bakery Yountville and Bouchon Bakery Las Vegas.
