Parcours Initiatique

A journey through the world of chocolate: the history, production and interaction of flavors.

Two Themes

Tamaco Class: The history and production of chocolate, from growing through the finished production. It includes a tasting of a range of couverture and ganaches, and the preparation of a fresh ganache to taste.

The Duo: An exploration of the interaction of flavors of three oolong teas and two coffees paired with specific chocolates. The Tamanaco Session and the Duo Session cost $70.00 per person.
