BIG APPLE BUSINESS: Urban Girl Squad

Urban Girl Squad is a social networking group for women in their 20s and 30s in Manhattan founded by Amanda Hofman. They meet monthly for fun private events in the city, including: wine tastings, dancing lessons, beauty nights, private shopping events, and nutritional seminars.

Their mission statement is:
Urban Girl Squad is a live social networking group for women in their
20s and 30s in New York City. Our mission is to create a welcoming
space for young women in the city to connect and build relationships.
We meet monthly for private events that take advantage of what our
favorite city has to offer: wine tastings, salsa dancing, beauty
nights, nutritional seminars, jazz shows, private shopping events,
happy hours, and more. Each event is a new experience with new people.
