Peachy Ahoy: 75’ VENERE by Riva

The waves of the ocean seem to have been made especially to lap at the sides of the Venere’s hull. This soft and lovely model is a true Venus.

An exquisite example of Riva’s high-quality craftsmanship, the new 75’ Venere features a range of innovative design solutions, from the vast windows in the cabins on the lower deck, to the stern opening out onto a spacious swim platform that is ideal for sunbathing or practicing water sports, as well as in a canaletto-walnut hue.

The new Riva flybridge, yet another model designed by Mauro Micheli and Officina Italiana Design, embodies the style and elegance typical of Riva yachts. Designed for maximum space and comfort, the flybridge features a luxurious six-seater sofa as well as an awning that opens using a high-tech electro-hydraulic system. The gracefully curved windscreen, made of grey metal and anthracite-colored fiberglass, shades the sundeck and provides passengers with excellent wind protection. A refined crystal table in the dinette on the main bridge seats eight, while the fitted galley, featuring a connected serving hatch, can be accessed from the bridge as well as the side corridor in order to provide a discrete passageway for crew.

The innovative interior design features a striking tri-color layout, with canaletto walnut walls and furniture, classic Riva cream lacquering, and dark brown leather inserts, creating a warm, cozy atmosphere.

The lower deck’s expansive main cabin, which spans the yacht’s width, has a study area, vanity unit with foldaway pouf, 30” LCD television monitor, and elegant walk-in wardrobe. Each cabin has direct access to an en-suite bathroom.

The utmost care has been taken over these “mini-suites” and the result is a first-class yacht, 23 meters of indisputable style and a masterpiece of modern design and luxury. The incomparable class of the Riva 75’ Venere winks at the yard’s tradition, stressing she is a Riva yacht.

Driven by two MTU ten cylinder 1524 Mhp engines, the goddess of the Riva Olympus offers excellent standards and a high performance, reaching a top speed of 32 knots and a range of 300 miles at cruising speed. More aggressive than that of any other fly, the Riva 75’ Venere features a modern line, thus appealing to a younger clientele, while still confirming the traditional, timeless beauty of all Riva yachts.
