Here is what the Champagne Wishes panel thought:

Wines – A Wine Journal
Lots of reasons to recommend Wines – A Wine Journal.  Most obviously is the functionality of this spiral journal.  It’s great for keeping a running log of favorite wines, those recommended by friends, wines you’re researching and wines you’ve read about.  But if you’re really a wine drinker, and it’s ingrained in your social endeavors, think of all the good times you’ve had over a bottle (or two, or three!) of wine.  Now, it may very well be that you don’t remember all of the good times, but for those days and nights you do remember, why not preserve the memory by writing it down?  I myself have had the opportunity to travel quite a bit, and I’ve made it a habit to jot down the where and when of some of my favorite wine and food pairings, documenting countries, restaurants, and the company I’ve shared.  Including some pictures has always been a nice touch, too.  What I was missing for so long, though, was a quality place to keep all the information I was collecting.  I was using a run-of-the-mill school notebook.  Now that I’ve found Wines – A Wine Journal, I find myself journaling more religiously than ever before.  I’m definitely motivated by the fact that each set of entry pages has writing prompts.  I hate to leave any lines blank, so I really make an effort to record as much as possible.  I don’t necessarily save the wine labels in the reserved space, especially not when I have a picture that I think captured the experience. This wine journal was a great find!

A wonderful journal for new wine tasters - stylish, compact and lots of pages!
It is great to have on hand to help remember the great wine you have out at a restaurant, but forget the name by the time you make it to the wine store.
Of all the wines you've tasted in your life, how did you feel about each one? That's probably an impossible question to answer, but this wine journal actually makes it possible. For each wine you drink, just fill in the blanks describing where it's from, the vintage, where you drank it and with whom, a quick description of how it tasted, and a rating. Now, whenever a friend asks you for the perfect wine, you can recommend one with confidence, doing them a favor and spreading your good taste in the bargain! The ring binder holds 200 pages. A completed journal becomes a handy personal reference book for both connoisseurs and casual sippers.

On my slow, sure and steadfast journey to becoming an oenophile, Journals Unlimited, Inc.'s Wine Journal will be THE tool to get me there in a neat and organized manner.  Prior to owning this journal, my method of organization consisted of some wine brochures, labels, corks and notes scattered around my home.  As a relative newbie to the world of wines, now's a good time to use the  journal to keep good notes on each wine I taste and like, so that I can always refer back to it in the future.  The pages of the journal are organized such that there are entries for all the crucial details, i.e. the name of the wine, producer, vintage, region, price, purchased/received from, tasting notes, occasion, overall rating.  There's even a spot that's dedicated for pasting of the wine label, for those of us who collect those.  It's definitely enough info to help jog your memory when years later, you'd like to recall a specific wine that you enjoyed. Speaking as someone who's attended 3 large-scale wine tastings/expos in the past 6 months, each serving in excess of 80 different wines, this is the best way to keep track of it all!

This Wine Journal is not only beautiful, but such a great addition to have in your bookshelf or personal bar. The read merlot look to the book with the cute wine logo is so adorable. I love that when you open the journal you have plenty of room to write, store the label of the wine and every detail you can think of.  This book is great for those who are wine lovers, who have just started to learn about wines, or just because! I really need this book every time I go to a restaurant I fall in love with a wine and never have a place to write down the details. Now I do! Thanks to the wine journal I can keep track of the wines I love and even those I don't! I just love having my own book full of wines that I personally LOVE.

Have you ever had a bottle of wine you liked so much, you wish you had a reference tool to help you remember?  The Wine Journal is the perfect place to record this information!  I enjoy drinking wine and am always looking for new wine to try.  This journal is perfect to help me remember what I liked about particular wine.  It even has a place for you to put the label.  I also liked that you could record who it was from, where the wine was purchased and what rating you give the wine.  There are many other spaces for various notes, which I feel is extremely helpful.  I have enjoyed starting to record various wine in my journal.  This makes the perfect gift for the wine connoisseur in your life.
