Terrific Takeout: Big Daddy's

For all the fine food in Manhattan, there does come a time when it is soooo cold out all you want to do is stay at home and order a hamburger that hits the spot.  And that is exactly what Peachy Deegan did recently; she ordered the Bad Boy Burger from Big Daddy's which is equipped with cheese and bacon.  Not for the dieter, this is a burger with flavor and we particularly liked the crispy fries with ketchup and this is a nice comfort food combination.  To balance ourselves out, we ordered the family affair salad:
We love how they pay attention!  They listened and put the dressing on the side.  We hate salad that looks like it is bathing in dressing.  The beets were particularly inviting, and the perfect ending was the mud pie.  The dessert was the most impressive component of this takeout experience.  Deliciously chocolate, this is our kind of mud.  Big Daddy's as a restaurant looks like a place straight out of the Archie comic books and is pure fun in decor and strictly Americana which we love.
Try them out!

Once upon a time around, 2005, a beacon of neon light started to shine on Park Avenue South to the delightment of hungry people all over Manhattan and beyond.

Big Daddy's was developed by Branded Restaurants USA to fill the need for a hip 80's styled restaurant where massive burgers, crispy tots, and thick milkshakes reign supreme.

With murals covering the walls, toys and lunch boxes of the by gone decade adorning every corner, Big Daddy's takes fun seriously. The servers bop around to the best of the 80's in the glow of colored lights and watchful eyes of the celebrities which grace the walls.

Today Big Daddy's has multiple locations serving the same high quality meals that the original has made famous. Whether you're looking for a quick bite to eat or are planning your child's First Birthday; Big Daddy's will exceed your expectations from the delicious Blue Plates, to the fun atmosphere and friendly staff. So stop in!
