Peachy's Pantry: Jim's Organic Guatemala Santiago Atitlan Coffee Highly Recommended by Whom You Know! Just What You Need To Wake Up Your Wednesday Afternoon!

The Lake Atitlan region of Guatemala was visited by Jim himself to search out the best beans for his Guatemala Santiago Atitlan coffee. It is a Medium heavy roast that yields a balanced taste, big, but not overbearing. There are some spice and chocolate notes that may not be detected at first, but they are there. Jim liked the people and area so much, that he helped build a library there, so that reading would be more accessible to the community. It is hard for me to believe that there are only twelve people that work at Jim's Organic Coffee, must be some of the hardest woring people in America. What word describes this coffee, Righteous.

Guatemalan coffee is known to be some of the best tasting coffee. It is often revered as being rich, full and robust in taste. In addition, as it has a smooth after taste when the coffee is finished. Jim’s Organic takes there Guatemalan Blend to a even higher level. Perfectly strong and delicious, this is a blend you can drink multiple cups of morning, noon and night. Totally at the top of my list and great to use for Espressos too.

Jim's Organic Guatemala Santiago Atitlan Coffee is delightful! I love not only the taste but the aroma. This bold coffee needs no cream or sugar. Sip it in the morning and taste the beauty of this coffee. It is simply delicious! I cannot get enough!

After brewing this coffee, it filled my house with the aroma of spiced chocolate. It made the perfect cup of coffee. It was very smooth and full bodied, even though it was a medium roast coffee. I had to tell all my friends about this coffee. This is one that will be kept in stock in my pantry. I highly recommend it.

What I love about Guatemala Santiago Atitlan is that it is a strong coffee. However, it has chocolate and spice notes. The combination is quite unusual. The taste is well balanced and medium heavy. The aroma is enticing. This coffee is called Righteous.
