Mover and Shaker Loreen Arbus, Founder & Chair of Women Who Care and Edward R. and this is the third consecutive year we've been honored to attend.  Women Who Care celebrates the accomplishments of women as caregivers, volunteers, and professionals. Robin Givens & Paula Zahn are Co-Chairs of Women Who Care. Ellen Levine, Editorial Director of Hearst Magazines, is Honorary Chair of Women Who Care. The event was hosted by Donna Hanover, former First Lady of New York City, for the 11th consecutive year. Hearst Corporation is Presenting Sponsor of Women Who Care.
Women Who Care has become a New York Tradition and generates worldwide media attention.

“Women Who Care was created to honor female role models representing various segments of the community,” said Loreen Arbus, Founder & Chair of Women Who Care. “It is a celebration of women who have deep concern for others and are passionately committed to giving back. Their extraordinary accomplishments and great character have inspired women around the world to achieve their full potential."

Over 600 attended this mid-day event and a lot of love permeated the room as the guests learned of the challenges of Cerebral Palsy that we see are being helped by technology aids such as tango.  The speakers were lovely and the stories were inspiring.  We would encourage all to attend next year!
