You know Dr. Garo Nazarian was our very first Mover and Shaker and even has his own column, Top Teeth:
This is how much fun it is to go to the dentist when you visit Cosmopolitan Dental:
And if anyone loses any teeth in the Stanley Cup Playoffs, you know where to go!
Peachy loves talking about BC sports and the NHL when she goes to the dentist and Garo can even understand her when she's got a million things in her mouth.  Garo chatted with Peachy recently on the most wonderful time of the year: The Stanley Cup Playoffs!

Peachy Deegan: What has surprised you the most in the playoffs up until this point?
Dr. Garo Nazarian: The L.A. Kings

What do you think the greatest strengths and greatest weaknesses are of the
remaining four teams?
The Rangers have the greatest strengths in goalie and the greatest weakness in a big time scorer

What are your predictions for Round 3?
Rangers v Kings Finals!

We must say that we did notice that Boyle and Kreider factored in on all 3
goals last night, other than Boston College, which is clearly the best
training for the NHL, what other avenues do you believe produce the best?
Clearly The country of Sweden and the players that come from there (i.e. King Henrik)

It seems like the games are very low scoring though we expect the one goal
differentials...what do you think?
I think its great for hockey and makes for great viewership

Who's better, Lundqvist or Brodeur and why?
Brodeur is an all-time great but at this point in their careers Lundquist is the better goalie. Clearly the stats don't lie.

Last night the Rangers seemed to be slightly better at forechecking and
faceoffs which we think are two key factors to success in the
 postseason-what do you think?
Aside from that teams that expect to win it all must be able to score on even strength and not rely on the Power Play.

Do you think the officiating has been well done during the post-season? Why
or why not?
Yes the officials have let the players play but have called a fair game for all sides involved

What players would you like to see in a bit of a scuffle with each other
before the end of round 3?
Richards v Kovalchuk

Do you think anyone is likely to score a Gordie Howe hatrick and if so, who
and why?
No, too many defensive-oriented teams left that will not allow the scoring to open up.

Do you feel there are more blocked shots these days?
Absolutely. Giving up the body for defense in hockey is becoming a staple.

What coaches remaining impress you the most and does Tortorella remind you
of the Dos Equis guy?
Torts - reminds me of Mike Keenan - a fiery type.

What should Gary Bettman be doing to promote the NHL more?
I think he is doing all he can

How can anyone walk into a New York sports bar, particularly on the
civilized Upper East side, and ask that the Rangers game be turned off in
favor of the Yankees (not in the post-season) or NBA playoffs (Knicks out
now) and what can we do about it other than give those people a look that
they must not have been brought up right?
You can walk right out of that bar and move on to another one!

Peachy ate gummy penguins during the 91-92 post-season. What food do you
think is best to eat during a hockey game?
Starbursts or gum. Something to chew out the stress of these close games

And you drink?
A cold beer

We see DKNY has a spot on the ice in MSG-finally the NHL sees women like
hockey too. What other women's brands have you ever seen advertised in the
 NHL?
Haven't noticed any.

What commercials do you like the best?
I'm tending to my baby during commericals!

What golf courses do you think have the most NHL players on them right now?
Ones in Philly and Boston!

What songs do you think would summarize the playoff season thus far?
Gooooaaaaaallllll (rangers theme song!)

What else should Whom You Know readers know about the post-season?
There is nothing like playoff hockey

How would you like to be contacted by Whom You Know readers?
