Super Bar by Sicaffe Highly Recommended by Whom You Know!


I was already a fan of Sicaffe's "Opera" blend, when I tried their "Super Bar" blend. I have to be honest...Sicaffe's beans are far and above the beans of a major coffee chain which shall remain nameless, but which also starts with "S"! Moving on, Sicaffe imports, roasts, and provides a fabulous cup of coffee in their coffee bar on the Upper East Side in NYC. The "Super Bar" blend is their best selling regular coffee. A robust, clean, smooth blend, "Super Bar" is sure to please any palate of any coffee lover. Sicaffe is serious about their coffee and about those who serve it in their NYC coffee bar. The beans are selected and roasted with care and their baristas are trained six months in advance in the art of creating espresso based drinks. Managers oversee every detail of the coffee bar's day-to-day operation to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend their coffee beans for the at-home-coffee-drinker. I know that I am looking forward to stopping in at their NYC location to give the cappuccino a try for myself! In the meantime, though, I will continue to brew their delicious coffee in the comfort of my own home. 

What a confident coffee bean this Super Bar is! With its gorgeous, rich, lustrous finish, and a deep, distinguished strength, Super Bar in any way, shape or form, is the absolute way to kickstart your day. The brooding hi-octane finish will delight the coffee connoisseur. Milk , or coconut milk is great with it , and if you add a dash of cinnamon, it's heaven. It would be a brilliant backdrop for a shot of Irish Whiskey, on a cold rainy day. Blended as a frappe, with ice and cream , it's a sinful take on a cup of Joe. Try it as a true expresso, with just a dollop of cream/foamed milk on top. Brew it and use Super Bar in your next chocolate ganache, for a deep coffee flavor. From the second you open the bag, and enjoy the wafting delight of coffee richly roasted, to the afterglow of your first cup, Super Bar is the coffee-lover's coffee. No aftertaste in it's distinct bitter note, just a sublime flavor rolling on the tongue.

There is nothing better than a fresh cup of coffee in the morning. I especially love grinding fresh coffee beans to ensure its freshness. Sicaffe's coffee beans are some of the best I've ever tried! Their Super Bar variety is a great, dark roast that has a great strength to it. The aroma of the beans is so delicious, it makes you crave another cup! I like my coffee on the strong side, so this blend is perfect for me! I can enjoy this coffee in the mornings before I go off to work! It has a great nutty flavor that is to die for! I'm excited to try other coffee drinks in their cafe on Lexington too! These guys really know high quality coffee! 


Coffee in the USA is so different then the coffee in Europe. Here it is a grab it and go kind of feeling to get you day started. In Europe, it is more of an experience. A crowded coffee bar to a moment of clarity relaxing and sipping your coffee on the street as you people watch. But now thanks to a company Sicaffe, you can have the experience right here in NYC. And for those you want to bring it home and relax, Sicaffe has a wonderful roast called Super Bar. This is their more traditional American blend. Dark and rich don’t begin to explain. Velvety and smooth. So kick back and relax with the perfect cup of coffee!
