Champagne Wishes: Garrus Cotes de Provence Rose 2010 Highly Recommended by Whom You Know!!!

As we have learned the Chateau d’Esclans from Cotes De Provence really is making some of the best rose wines in the world. The 2010 Les Clans was mind blowing and maybe the best Rose we have ever tried. Now on to our fourth bottle by this vineyard, the 2010 Garrus Rose. What can we say but another ultimate in French rose wines!  This one boasts tremendous maturity that will tantalize your tastebuds at first sip.  Hailing from the famous rose wine region of Provence this wine is more to please. Layered flavors and aromas make this a complex rose. More orange in color yet still extremely pale. This wine is so delicious we want to savor each sip and not pair it with anything. Even though we are sure it would make any dish taste more savory. Rich fruit and a little spice give this rose a long lasting finish. This vineyard has set the bar very high in producing very high-end rose wines. From their entry level Whispering Angel to its Les Clans and everything in between.  Bravo!
