Harper's Bazaar Highlights Mover and Shaker Ellen Christine on the Cover of the September 2013 American Fashion Issue! Bravo Ellen and Ellen Christine Couture Millinery, Best Milliner in Manhattan & Official Milliner of Whom You Know

Everyone knows Peachy is often in Ellen's hats and she is the official milliner of Whom You Know. We like it when other fashion editors agree with us so bravo to Harper's Bazaar for topping it off right this time.

"The editors of Bazaar work closely with me throughout the year, so when the story idea came up for the September cover, the most important cover of the year, they came to me for ideas. Amanda Weiner , the accessories editor, had a vision which she shared with me, and because of the nature of the universe, I had done a piece close enough to her idea, for the F/W collection. We gave them two variations, and they were in love with one of them. Of course it needed to be tweaked, because editorial, like runway, should be over the top drama. So we made the plume longer. In fact, this is approximately 12 ostrich feather plumes stitched and wired artfully together to form one fabulous line.
The subscribers are the lucky ones to get our cover. When Harper's Bazaar hits the newsstands, it will have a different cover than ours. Still with Sarah Jessica Parker , but a different pose, a different outfit, and no hat. But we love our cover, and we're thrilled. It's our first American Harper's cover, and it's gorgeous."

Thank you in advance for autographing our copy Ellen.
