Highly Recommended by Whom You Know: Warner Brothers Pictures Presents We're the Millers From New Line Cinema, Newman/Tooley Films, Slap Happy Productions/Heyday Films and Benderspink production Opening August 7, 2013 Laugh with Peachy! Our Coverage Sponsored by Paul Mayer Attitudes

Paul Mayer's luxuriously, comfortable designs keep women coming back for multiple -- even dozens -- of pairs. Classic, yet contemporary and always comfortable, his shoes are an addiction that we highly recommend. A staple of the Paul Mayer collection is the simple ballet-flat, with true ballerina construction for a perfect fit that comes in a variety of colors and materials. A cult favorite is the cozy, a flat with lavender-scent infused soles adding style and fragrance to collector's closets as Paul's designs emerge in sophisticated design incarnations season after season in the most incredible hues, textures and modern innovations in luxury footwear because we know firsthand how incredibly brilliant he is. Mayer founded the brand in 2004 with partner, Jeff Levy. All shoes in the line are manufactured in Spain’s Valencia region, along the Mediterranean coast by a skilled staff of 12 artisans. They craft each pair of shoes with an old-world attention to detail that includes in-house embroidery, quilting and stitching as well as custom tanned leather. This allows the brand to cater to each retailer’s specific demands in with timely and consistent alacrity, with orders completed in an unheard-of 3 to 5 weeks. In 2011, Paul Mayer stepped out into Manhattan's Upper East Side with a new attitude, opening his flagship store at 1388 Third Avenue. The store which cleverly resembles a pink and black shoebox offers up to 150 shoe styles, including his popular ballerinas, exclusive designs and more. As an added bonus, shoppers have the chance of running into the designer, himself. Paul's sage shopping advice and style eye has made him the New York shoe lover's best kept secret. When not in New York, Paul can be found traveling to his myriad of stores across the country meeting his loyal clientele or vacationing in his favorite spot, the Royal Hawaiian on Waikiki Beach.

There are a lot of people that think they are funny, but there are few who actually are.  The same goes for the quality of excellence.  We find real life to be incredibly funny, and someday Peachy may write a book on the lunatics she does not publish on and those that think they are the most excellent...but for now our Laugh with Peachy is extremely limited because true humor we find in reviews requires immense intelligence and pure wit, and we think some of these real life experiences will become even more funny with time.  Aside from Jay Leno and the woman that does his phonebooth, there are not an awful lot of people who have the ability to make us laugh.   And we need to in a big way because of situations mentioned earlier in this paragraph!
Jennifer Aniston made us laugh the most, and she was at her best, purely brilliant.
After
seeing We're the Millers, Peachy laughed so hard she cried.  We have to meet the screenwriters, who clearly have the gift of the gab and are great storytellers.  They also wrote Wedding Crashers and everyone knows that was funny.  Without the script, none of the actors, all were great, would have had the chance to be funny.  Every opportunity to capitalize on the hilarity of the situation was seized and just as you were laughing at one line, an action or the next line would get you laughing even harder.  Be careful about eating and drinking during this film because it is possible the bubbles of the soda you sip could fly out your nose or you could happily die from choking on popcorn because you're laughing so hard.
It was purely refreshing to see this group of misfits doing exactly what we would not want you to be doing-being a drug dealer, a strip club dancer/hooker, a total nerd or a homeless goth freak.  Obviously each looks way better when they are snapped into shape with great haircuts, khakis and shades of Lilly and navy and the adults stop carrying backpacks.  But that is exactly it-they are being incredibly smart telling you not to do this too by making eons of fun of it.

The acting was also genius.  It is true-the chemistry between the highly talented duo of Jennifer Aniston and Jason Sudeikis
is genuinely there
.  You can see parts could have been improvisational but work better than written lines.  This chemistry between them is the bedrock for a blockbuster this weekend that starts tomorrow.  All other film elements like cinematography and costumes and behind the scenes work was well done, and you know this because it flowed beautifully and there was nothing to distract you from laughing hard.  The casting was spot-on and now we know all about Casting thanks to HBO.
There were so many scenes that had us in stitches, but if we had to pick one that entirely put us over the edge, it would be the one where someone (we can't give it all away!) learns to kiss from two people he's very close to.  Inappropriately.  And at the same time...and apparently it makes all the difference when one is a professional (but as we've never been with a hooker we really would not know!).
If you've seen the Chevy Chase National Lampoon vacation movies, this kind of reminded us of that but in a much more twisted, hilarious way.  You're not going to believe what the baby is composed of here in We're the Millers.  Set in Denver, Colorado with a trip across the border to Mexico planned, We're the Millers also teaches you some tremendous negotiation skills throughout, and will get you to pay particular attention to denominations-pesos or dollars, as it does make all the difference.  And double the RV's is double the fun and we love how the father of the other vacationing family feels about products made in China.  Finally, the DEA makes a lovely appearance as well.

Twists and turns ensue, and you never know what's going to come out from under the motor home.  You just don't know what a drug lords Mexican hideaway contains and finally, you never know when a tarantula is going to come out and bite you, when you're driving, and we're not going to tell you where the tarantula's teeth sink in.  You just have to see We're the Millers!  Don't go chasing Waterfalls, stick to what you know will make you laugh and be highly entertained. Who loves campfire games?  Count to three, and don't over think it.
It's Miller time, baby and we don't mean beer.
BRAVO Warner Brothers Pictures-you've done it again and we love you for it.  Whom You Highly Recommends We're the Millers.  If you have a funny bone in you that needs tickling, head straight for the theater and be prepared to leave happy with an aching rib cage from laughing so hard.  It's a gas gas gas!

OPENING ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 7TH 2013

From New Line Cinema comes the action comedy “We’re The Millers,” starring Jennifer Aniston (“Horrible Bosses”) and Jason Sudeikis (“The Campaign”). The film is directed by Rawson Marshall Thurber (“Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story”).

David Clark (Sudeikis) is a small-time pot dealer whose clientele includes chefs and soccer moms, but no kids—after all, he has his scruples. So what could go wrong? Plenty. Preferring to keep a low profile for obvious reasons, he learns the hard way that no good deed goes unpunished when he tries to help out some local teens and winds up getting jumped by a trio of gutter punks. Stealing his stash and his cash, they leave him in major debt to his supplier, Brad (Ed Helms).

In order to wipe the slate clean—and maintain a clean bill of health—David must now become a big-time drug smuggler by bringing Brad’s latest shipment in from Mexico. Twisting the arms of his neighbors, cynical stripper Rose (Aniston) and wannabe customer Kenny (Will Poulter), and the tatted-and-pierced streetwise teen Casey (Emma Roberts), he devises a foolproof plan. One fake wife, two pretend kids and a huge, shiny RV later, the “Millers” are headed south of the border for a Fourth of July weekend that is sure to end with a bang.

Thurber directs “We’re The Millers” from a screenplay by Bob Fisher & Steve Faber (“Wedding Crashers”) and Sean Anders & John Morris (“Hot Tub Time Machine”), story by Bob Fisher & Steve Faber. The film also stars Emma Roberts (“The Art of Getting By”), Nick Offerman (“21 Jump Street”), Kathryn Hahn (“The Dictator”), Will Poulter (“The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader”) and Ed Helms (the “Hangover” films).

Vincent Newman, Tucker Tooley, Happy Walters and Chris Bender are the producers, with David Heyman, J.C. Spink, Marcus Viscidi, Toby Emmerich, Richard Brener and David Neustadter serving as executive producers.

Thurber’s behind-the-scenes creative team includes director of photography Barry Peterson (“21 Jump Street”); production designer Clayton Hartley (“The Other Guys”); editor Mike Sale (“The Hangover Part II”); and costume designer Shay Cunliffe (“The Bourne Legacy”).

New Line Cinema presents a Newman/Tooley Films, Slap Happy Productions/Heyday Films and Benderspink production, “We’re The Millers.” The film is distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures, a Warner Bros. Entertainment Company, and is rated R for “crude sexual content, pervasive language, drug material and brief graphic nudity.”
