Food Network has ordered two pilots directly to series it was announced by Didi O'Hearn, Senior Vice President, Programming. The network has ordered six half-hour episodes of both All Caked Up (wt) and Ginormous Food. Both series will head into production this summer and are tentatively set to launch later this year.

"As we continue to push the frontier of food-focused content, we are excited to fast-track two new series highlighting delicious but different arenas of the vast and diverse world of food," said O'Hearn. "All Caked Up (wt) offers an incredibly up close and personal glimpse into the lives of an Austin-based couple crafting unbelievably real works of art out of cake; while Ginormous Food will wow audiences with some of the most audacious food creations to be found, offering an exploration of the best and biggest edible delights around."

All Caked Up (wt) gets up close and personal with married couple Natalie and Dave Sideserf, owners of Sideserf Cake Studio based in Austin, Texas. The series will highlight the incredibly realistic, sculpted cakes Natalie painstakingly creates for clients using her fine arts background as well as give an intimate, behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to run a successful business with a spouse. In addition to the series, complementary content is also being developed for Food Network's digital platforms. All Caked Up (wt) is produced by Red Bandit Media.

Ginormous Food invites the audience on an adventure, highlighting the biggest, most outrageous dishes out there. From a two foot-long barbecue behemoth called the Big Mac Daddy, to a triple dose of cheesy goodness in the five-pound burger known as the Nacho Macho Burger, the series seeks out the best of the biggest, most delicious meals being dished out by restaurants across the country. Ginormous Food is produced by Lusid Media.
