What dinner should look like!  New York Sirloin Steak with Shallots and Sauce Bordelaise: simply smashing with a glass of Bordeaux.
Peachy and Founder and Owner, our friend Bernard Ros
We love Bernard!

It's not who you know, it's whom you know and the Parisians in New York are always among the most competitive, and especially Bernard Ros! Absolutely aesthetically motivated, Bernard and his team at Paname continue to delight their Midtown Manhattan crowd, and are conveniently located on Second Avenue between 56/57.
Even the butter is beautiful, mes amies!  A native of Paris, Bernard is the real deal and everything is authentically French.
Paname earned a spot in Peachy's Picks in 2014:
It was last featured in 2018:

Pamame graciously greeted us with an amuse bouche: a fine art that is greatly lost among the newcomer fast-casual crowd that lack true appreciation for fine dining.  Bernard is known for his signature comma or apostrophe, depending on the angle.  Meet the Mushroom Mousse!
Perhaps it should have an exclamation point because that is how fabulous it is !!!!!!!!!
Peachy Deegan really loves the Caesar Salad.  Very few can make the dressing as well as Bernard, and it was exactly as superlative as last time.  Paname does the simple well, and it is far too complicated for their competition!  We even like the croutons and this salad has the perfect crunch.  We were then brought a delightful cauliflower soup to cleanse our palate.

Yes readers, this is what a steak dinner should look like!
Bursting with a sensational aroma, you will be entranced by the New York Sirloin Steak with Shallots and Sauce Bordelaise, joined by green beans, carrots, and our personal favorite, mashed potato.  The steak was a brilliant medium rare, achieved perfectly.  You'll be terrifically impressed with the high level of cuisine complete with every last detail addressed with flair.
Indulge in the carnivorous splendors which absolutely outshine some steakhouses that think they are great!

By definition, the thin crust apple tarte at Paname is the quintessential harbinger of fall in Manhattan.  Its ambrosial nature of apples with strawberries and vanilla is the perfect conclusion to a Paname experience.

Paname continues to be Highly Recommended by Whom You Know.
