And we are ALWAYS on the lookout for great new pizza and we've found something for you to get excited about! Meet Made In New York Pizza which is simply that: made in New York, and BETTER!
We are huge proponents of salad in general and you know you should be eating salads every day. They pair terrifically with pizza and right now Made in New York Pizza has two splendid salad options. The House Salad above we preferred: cherry tomatoes, red onions, carrots, cucumber, hot peppers and lettuce team up with a rainbow of nutrition to ignite your appetite and they even put the dressing on the side for Ms. Pretty Picky. Below is the Caesar Salad, another winner in clearcut freshness with crisp breadcrumbs and grated cheese. We would love to see even more salad options in the future and maybe additions like grilled chicken, grilled shrimp and maybe anchovies for the Caesar salad. Every component in these vegetable beauties was impressively crisp and fresh.
This is our first visit ever to Made in New York Pizza and they opened in November 2018.
Pizza glamour shots are always fabulous and if you are new to us, you should know we NEVER edit pictures. You excel like Made In New York Pizza, or you are not published on. It is exactly this mouthwatering in person and obviously moreso because you can smell it, feel it and taste it! Peachy personally thinks she can hear it too because she is up close and personal and has conversations with her pizza.
The fresh mozzarella margherita introduced us to the serious commitment to excellence that Made In New York Pizza possesses. From the Altacucina Tomatoes from California to the Fresh Mozzarella to the fresh dough all ideally amalgamated in the gas brick oven, this classic pizza is a clearcut winner and took the checkered flag to Peachy's stomach for a winning race. They use Grande Cheese. We reveled in the simplicity and less is more. This pie was perfection. The crust is ideal and supersoft and pillowy. If you are a carb monster like Peachy you are going to love it.
Peachy always selects a pizza where she decides what to put on it and often it is mostly vegetables and perhaps pepperoni. Here, we chose on the whole pizza pepperoni, mushroom and onions, all classic ingredients. There are some unconventional and innovative choices here so we added to that half jalapeno peppers which did add a tremendous kick and half eggplant which added winter warmth to it. While we have our innovative thinking caps on maybe it would be exciting to see broccolini in the future as we have never seen that on a pizza and also perhaps spinach or cherry tomatoes. We strongly emphasize that we were told that ALL PRODUCE IS BROUGHT IN FRESH DAILY and you know from our annual coverage of the fabulous produce show every December that we are big fans of produce!

There are beaucoup de specialty slices and squares fulfilling many of your pizza desires including the spicy pepperoni above to the white below comprised of fresh mozzarella, ricotta and parmesean.
What could be better than Vodka? If you said Vodka Pizza you can pass GO and virtually collect $200. Our initial impression is Peachy liked it based on one slice and we have to eat more to give you a good opinion on it! The sauce was certainly laudable.
Made in New York Pizza is Terrific Takeout and we look forward to seeing what they do next.
