Some of the nation’s most influential gathering of bar and restaurant owners and operators will be in Las Vegas for Bar & Restaurant Expo, formerly known as Nightclub & Bar Show, March 21 – 23.

Bar & Restaurant Expo, formerly known as Nightclub & Bar Show, is the nation’s most influential gathering of bar and restaurant owners and operators and is returning to the Las Vegas Convention Center March 21-23 with new events and interactive activations to further enhance the attendee and exhibitor experiences.

The 2022 Bar & Restaurant Expo Hall Floor Highlights include:

Restaurant Zone - The Restaurant Zone features the Food & Beverage Innovation Center, a dedicated area of food and food service equipment suppliers with access to Chef demonstrations and tastings. At the Restaurant Zone, Operators can explore how to effectively manage, deliver, and receive product profitability. The Bistro (VIP only) - Located next to the Restaurant Zone, The Bistro is a new seated restaurant for VIP Pass attendees only. Designed to showcase the very best and latest food, beverage, technology and FOH products in a real-life setting, participants will utilize SpotOn technology to make a reservation and pre-order their meal to enjoy in a private dining space at a time of their choice.

Official Robots of the Restaurant Zone – Inside the Restaurant Zone, guests can experience service from the cutting-edge Richtech Robotics. attendees can expect to see ADAM, a programmable base that is equipped with two ARM units for handling and crafting food and beverages and featuring a welcoming yet striking design. Richtech Robots MATRADEE, the autonomous food service robot and RICHIE, the hotel delivery robot will deliver food in the Uber Eats Alley.

NxT: Get Inspired – Located in an exclusive area on the expo floor, NxT showcases the latest creations, trends, and innovations. New additions in 2022 include: the Middleby Ventless Burger Bar, live music, interactive games, power talks addressing real-world challenges, a lawn area with food demos, and the 2022 Industry Excellence Awards ceremony sponsored by sunday.

Sports Bar – Hosted by Chris Hopkins, Beverage & Operations Professional, guests are invited to take a seat at this experiential Sports Bar to taste inspirational beverage recipes, meet with mixologists and industry suppliers, and test drive new equipment.

Leading tradeshow organizers Emerald and Questex will join forces for Las Vegas Food & Beverage Industry Week, an inaugural event featuring four premiere food shows under one roof at the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), March 21 – 24, 2022.

SIAL America, Bar & Restaurant Expo (formerly known as Nightclub & Bar Show), Pizza Expo, and World Tea Conference + Expo will occur concurrently, uniting decision makers from all sectors of the $1.5 trillion food and beverage industry as it continues to recover.

The event underscores Las Vegas’ appeal as a premiere culinary destination and further demonstrates its designation as the number one trade show destination in North America for 26 consecutive years, according to the Trade Show News Network (TSNN), the world's leading resource for the trade show, exhibition and event industry.

A collaboration between international trade show organizers, Emerald and Comexposium, SIAL America is the first-of-its-kind cross-category generalist food and beverage show supporting the food and beverage market. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) endorsed the inaugural edition of SIAL America due to SIAL’s long-standing reputation as a premier event host for the industry.

Now in its 38th year, Emerald’s International Pizza Expo is the pizza industry’s leading event focused on all elements of the pizza industry. Welcoming pizzeria professionals from across the globe, the show will feature suppliers, educational sessions top by top industry professionals and national competitions.

Panel to Focus on the Growth Opportunities for 2022 and Beyond


On Tuesday, March 22 at 11 a.m., the 2022 Bar & Restaurant Expo, previously known as Nightclub & Bar Show, will feature a key panel of operators including small to large operations from across the country, for a discussion on, Growth Opportunities for 2022 and Beyond. With businesses facing the continued obstacles of labor, supply chain, technology and inflation, the discussion will focus on the impacts of the current environment as well as the outlook for the coming year for the hospitality industry.



Topics that will be addressed during the panel discussion include:
