#MovietimeInManhattan @WBD #WONKA #HIGHLYRECOMMENDED by @ManhattanPeachy #WhomYouKnow The Magical Adventure of a Young Chocolate Maker Debuts For Premium Digital Ownership And Rental on January 30 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD arrive on February 27 2024

EVERYTHING GOOD IN THIS WORLD STARTED WITH A DREAM.
....and we know that to be true.  Wonka will delight children of all ages, and also Olivia Colman is the greatest!  We loved her in the Night Manager, and though this movie is not named after her, she's the best actor in it.  We're going to get ahead of ourselves and say the sequel to Wonka should be named after her....and of course the world loves Gene Wilder and how could you improve on perfection?

The short answer is, you cannot.  However, WBD has dreamed up an ideal companion piece in Wonka and it even has the world's most favorite under the stairs butler in it with Jim Carter coming to the party.  The strongest aspect in this film is the color and subsequently, the props and costumes.  Other aspects are stellar, but this imaginative over-the-top superlative scenery will wow you tremendously.  It is a total visual dessert.

Wonka takes place around 1948 and shows a young Wonka and King, you did achieve a technicolor fandango!

Say yes to the bonus features.  And if you are a culinary professional especially, you have got to see the chocolate making especially and we challenge you to make silver linings for Peachy for dessert!

Finally, this is even more fun to watch if you are folding your laundry during certain scenes.  Scrub, scrub, scrub!  And other than Olivia, Hugh Grant as an ooompa loompa is truly a priceless sight to behold.

WONKA is Highly Recommended by Whom You Know!
