#SmallScreenScenes #Britbox @BritBox_US AGATHA CHRISTIE’S TOWARDS ZERO @agathachristie @anjelicahuston Makes This a Total Winner #BBC #America @AHuston_FanPage

Agatha Christie is one of the greatest writers that ever lived and to us, second to F. Scott Fitzgerald.  If anyone takes any of her written masterpieces and puts it in action, we want to know!
BritBox has achieved a total visual triumph.  Towards Zero is masterfully executed with thrilling acting, the cherry on top of which is Hollywood Legend Anjelica Huston's hauntingly delicious performance that sets the standard for excellence today on the screen around the world.
Her killer verbiage delivered with style as Lady Tressilian justifies the BBC using USA talent and we applaud that in a big way.  Of course Anjelica's Irish connection growing up is quite the feather in her hat for inspiration we would imagine.  We don't know her but Anjelica, Peachy is happy to know you from afar so far.
Towards Zero is well-edited leaving richness of plot captivating.
Matthew Rhys and Jack Farthing are also impressive.
However, we do not think the story should have been altered at all and we would have liked everything to have been more authentic.  We have extensively reviewed Agatha Christie's works including every single one of Poirot and feel it is a absolute sin to ever change any of her stories or her words in any way for any reason.  Agatha is flawless and no one has or ever will write better mysteries.   We did read Towards Zero though we did not review it, and BritBox has changed it somewhat. We'll let you see for yourselves; there have been many creative liberties taken and we don't think the casting or many elements are true to the authenticity of her story or the era, though we admit we were not alive then!
