We are thrilled to present the newest Sensational Salads: Paul's on Times Squre.
Living Legend Paul Nicaj, Peachy's pal since she first reviewed his work right after Hurricane Sandy, has hit the high notes again and we even found our own wine to go with them. Of course after twelve years of knowing her, they also brought her water with lemons vertically quartered with a smile.

When it is 100F plus plus plus like it is today, you know you want to be eating salad especially.
Caprese Salad is the ideal refreshment with Buffalo Mozzarella teaming up with Heirloom Tomatoes, Roasted Peppers and Balsamic. It goes without saying that no one gets featured for twelve years straight like Paul, Dino and Nick have without serving us the freshest cuisine each and every time. This is the basic version of the salad.
Next, the Caesar Salad is a total classic. Crispy Romaine with Shaved Parmesan and Homemade Croutons of course with Caesar Dressing will impress you and remember these basic salads are perfect for people that don't eat fish or meat or are looking for just a sidekick nutritionally to their main course. You know, like the main course of Lobster Mac and Cheese and Cabernet!
Arugula Salad is a party with candied walnuts that are like Times Square confetti on the arugula! Cranberries and Balsamic seal the deal. These three comprise the basics, and you can add shrimp, salmon or chicken and we did just that.
These are among the most expertly seared shrimp you'll encounter in New York and you'll love each one! They are a generous size and boast great flavor.
The Salmon is particularly triumphant with the Arugula and we commend how warm and fresh it is. Well-cut chicken joins anchovies if your little heart desires to make the Caesar salad accurate to its true nature. Paul's on Times Square was ironically last featured in the dead of winter so we wanted to show you just what they can do in the sweltering heat!
