A beacon of autumn flavor, meet the staggeringly delicious Linguini with authentically Greek meat sauce luxuriating in cinnamon and nutmeg, giving it just the right note of sweetness to awaken your senses
The fall season is nearly upon us, and we've been profoundly intrigued by the genuinely robust offerings at Ammos Estiatorio to light up your life as the sun starts to set sooner.  Founder, Owner and Executive Chef Dimitris Nakos has imagined some wonderfully warm menu items for you to meet, starting with the Lentil Soup.  Thoughtfully crafted with black lentils sourced from Central Greece, this liquid gold is embellished with carrots, spanish white onions and celery and brilliantly drizzled with EVOO and topped off with Feta Cheese.  A brillant start!
For anyone that thinks you can't go out to eat and still be healthy, you haven't meet our friend Dimitris yet and Ammos, his brainchild.  The most delicious vegetable around has got to be the Charred Brussel Sprouts, perfectly punctuated with red and yellow bell peppers and parsley, and seasoned with salt, black pepper and EVOO in perfect proportion.  Pancetta brings the party to the plate!
And...drumroll please...introducing GIGANTES!
They present a giant genuine Greek flavor: Greek Giant White Beans are baked beautifully in tomato, rendering a superior healthful flavor and delightfully garnished in coveted dill and crumbled feta.
